What coaching means

Your own, authentic path. Not mine.

Coaching is professional guidance through personal or professional processes of change and development, with the goal of helping you find your own authentic path.

It is a protected, trusting space: you recognise your inner patterns. You gain clarity about your values and needs. You make courageous, sustainable decisions. You develop new capabilities and scope for action that reach far beyond our time together.

You remain the expert on your own life. I guide the process — respectfully, honestly, and as an equal.

Coaching does not replace therapy and makes no promises of healing. In acute mental health crises, coaching is not the appropriate method. I will say openly if I believe someone else can help you better.

The Process

How we work together.

Every engagement begins the same way — and then develops entirely individually. This framework provides structure without sacrificing flexibility.

Getting acquainted — no pressure, no agenda

Free, non-binding, honest. You share what is on your mind. I explain how I work. And then we look together: does this fit? Does this make sense?

Setting a goal — what do you actually want?

Many people think they know what they want — until they begin to think carefully about it. We search for the real goals behind the stated ones. This sometimes takes longer, but it is always worth it.

Exploration — looking at what is truly there

We explore your situation, your patterns, your beliefs. Not to judge them — but to understand them. What drives you? What holds you back? What have you never seen so clearly before?

Integration — turning insight into action

We work on developing the capabilities you need to turn your insights into real change — in everyday life, in decisions, and in how you treat yourself.

Reflection — what is changing?

We regularly pause and look: what has happened so far? What is working? What needs more time? Where do you sense that your path needs adjusting?

Completion — and what remains

A good coaching process comes to a conclusion at some point. Not because there is nothing left to do — but because you are able to continue on your own. That is the goal.

in our conversations.

I guide your process through questions, reflect back what I perceive, and offer you a reflective surface that makes your topics more tangible. Through carefully chosen methods I support you through this process.

In our sessions you pause and discover which values, feelings, beliefs, and needs underlie your thinking and actions. You find clarity — even in apparently overwhelming situations. You learn to accept feelings and work with them rather than against them. You find your way back to yourself and to what truly matters to you.

Online, in person, or hybrid

I work online with clients throughout the EU. Hybrid arrangements combining online and in-person sessions in Leipzig, Berlin, or Munich can be agreed on request. Purely in-person engagements are available in Leipzig.

I do not give you life recipes. I do not push you towards a particular mindset. I do not sell ready-made solutions. Instead I ask questions, mirror patterns, offer shifts in perspective and — when necessary — confront honestly and respectfully. The goal is not to shape you. The goal is to strengthen you on your path.

The Formats

How would you like to work?

Four ways to shape the collaboration. All are built on the same foundation: honesty, depth, and genuine presence.

1:1 Life Coaching

Regular individual sessions, weekly or fortnightly. 60–90 minutes. Your pace, your topics — with full focus and clear intermediate goals. Online or in person.

Intensive Programme

Structured guidance over 3 or 6 months with weekly sessions, written reflection phases, and a joint closing review. For people who want to go truly deep.

Orientation Session

Two hours, one-off, with no follow-on commitment. Focused on a specific point in your life — ideal as a first step or when you need clarity about a particular situation.

A Right of Your Own

The Signature Programme. Six months of holistic guidance for people who want to fundamentally realign their lives. Your own pace, your own focus, your own outcome. Exclusive — very limited places.
